Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission may prescribe for arrangement to
every one of the posts of Group C and Non-gazetted
General/Technical/Non-Technical Service/Cadres of the State Government
in Group B where there is arrangement of direct arrangement somewhat or
in full, and choice on which is not done by JPSC.Given that, locale or field level posts of these administrations/frameworks and formally dressed posts of Police, Fire administrations and Home Guards should remain barred from the domain of State Staff Selection Commission.
Despite anything said over, the State Government is enabled to pull back the energy of suggestion for arrangement for assigned administrations/units/posts from the Commission and dole out to some other expert or allocate to the Commission the energy of proposal for arrangement for any administration/framework/post for which proposal of Jharkhand Public Service Commission in not Constitutionally required.
